Refund terms for a digital product:
- If payment was made but the file was not delivered due to our fault — a full refund may apply.
- If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened — we will resend a working copy.
- If the issue persists after a resend and is confirmed — a full refund may apply.
- If a correct file was delivered, refunds for “change of mind” typically do not apply.
- To request a refund, contact support with name, payment date, selected level, and the issue description.
- Requests are reviewed within up to 5 business days; refunds are processed when possible via the original method.
