Refund terms for a digital product:

  1. If payment was made but the file was not delivered due to our fault — a full refund may apply.
  2. If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened — we will resend a working copy.
  3. If the issue persists after a resend and is confirmed — a full refund may apply.
  4. If a correct file was delivered, refunds for “change of mind” typically do not apply.
  5. To request a refund, contact support with name, payment date, selected level, and the issue description.
  6. Requests are reviewed within up to 5 business days; refunds are processed when possible via the original method.
